Defeasance from Alexander Lapworth of Sow, gentleman, and William Westley of Ethropp, gentleman, to Thomas Lapworth of Coventrey, gentleman, of a Statute Merchant of even date whereby Thomas Lapworth was bound to Alexander Lapworth and William Westley in the penal sum of £400, namely that he should pay them £220 by 26 April 1623.
