Defeasance from Sir Richard Lucie of Brockburne, Hertfordshire, baronet, and Francis Lucie of the Strand, Middlesex, esquire, to Francis Reade of Faccombe, Hampshire, esquire, whereby it is agreed that an assignment, dated 15 June 1655, from the said Francis Reade and others, to Francis Lucie (in trust for Sir Richard Lucie) of a term of years in divers woodland in Faccombe, a conveyance dated 15 June 1655, from the said Francis Reade and others to Sir Richard Lucie, of a capital messuage and farm (field names) in Nether Town in Faccombe, and an assignment, dated 15 June 1655 from the said Francis Reade and others to Sir Richard Lucie, of a term of years in the manor and advowson of Faccombe with appurtenances, shall all be void on the payment by the said Francis Reade to Sir Richard Lucie of £5610
