Further opinion regarding tithes duw on land in Temple Balsall, claimed by the Crown at the Dissolution as part of the rectory of Hampton-in-Arden, but part of which are claimed are still in the hands of Lady Katherine Leveson's heirs: tracing the history of the tithes from their grant by Elizabeth I to Robert Earl of Leicester in 1566, to Lady Katherine Leveson's will, [1671], addressed to "Lady Leigh"
