Assignment dated 16 September 1837 by Edward Ashwin, Stratford-upon-Avon, gent., and Elizabeth his wife (nee Cory) to Caroline Cory, Shottery, spinster, of their life interest in the residuary estate of John Cory, deceased, father of the said Elizabeth, to secure £350 lent to them by said Caroline.With warrant of Attorney from Edward Ashwin to Caroline Cory; Bill of Costs from Robert Hiorne Hobbes. Endorsed with repayment 1839.
