Assignment from Robert Vyner of London, goldsmith, to Anthony Sturt of London, gentleman, of 2 annual payments of £30 and £31.10s. as security for a debt acknowledged in an obligation of 26 October 1686 in the penal sum of £300 for payment of £150; the £30 being a proportion of the annual grant made 30 April 1677 from Charles II to Edmund Barkwell of £17,759.13.8d., which proportion was assigned in trust to Robert Vyner, 20 December 1684; and the £31.10s. being a proportion of the annual grant made 30 April 1677 from Charles II to Robert Vyner of £25,003, which proportion was assigned to Robert Frampton, 16 November 1678, and later assigned in trust to Robert Vyner, 8 June 1684.
