Deed of sale by Richard Lane of Stratford upon Avon, gent., to Thomas Hathway, of Stratford, joiner, of a messuage etc. in `the Chappell streete', between the dwelling house of John Loach on the north and the house of Henry Tomlins on the south, `the land of Mrs. Hall' on the east and the said street on the west, in the occupation of the said Thomas Hathway, to hold the same to the said Thomas Hathway and Jane, his wife, for life, with remainder to his right heirs; with covenant for assurance by the vendor and Mary his wife.
