Joseph Hill, Saville Row to Reverend Thomas Leigh, Adlestrop: Was out of town to attend funeral of Lady Hesketh, of whom is an executor. Progress in letting Leighton property. Dr. Maltby is 'attempting more than he is entitled to'. Mr. Darley will leave for Stoneleigh next week and will live at a farm house until an 'abode can be fixed upon for him'. Refers to Needwood case before the Barons of the Exchequer [in re enclosure].
