Articles of agreement between Sir Robert Throckmorton of Weston Underwood, Bucks. bart. to James Newnham of Winterfold in Chaddesley Corbett, gent., whereby the said Sir Robert was to convey to the said James 2 parcels of land at Red Cross in Chaddesley Corbett, in the tenure of the said James, and one other parcel at the N.E. end of land called Nine Acre piece, in the tenure of Edward Guest, in exchange for a parcel of land adjoining a close of the said Sir Robert called Church Pitts in Harvington in Chaddesley Corbett, in the tenure of John Silvester.
