Description

Lease with warranty from Robert de Barewe of Styvechale and John his son to Thomas de Barewe of Styvechale of all the lands and tenements with meadows, pastures, feedings, ditches, hedges, easements and appurtenances which they hold in Styvechale by the gift of the said Thomas, according to his charter granted to them; to hold of the said Robert and John for the term of the life of the said Thomas, rendering annually a flowering rose on the feast of St. John the Baptist, and rendering due and customary service to the chief lord of the fee. Witnesses: Dom William Pykerell', chaplain, William Road, (?Reed), Robert le Palmere, Richard de Hull' of Styvechale, Richard de Barewe of Coventr' and others.
