Description

Gift in frankalmoign with warranty from Ralph Miller (Molendinarius) of Couintr' to God and the Church of the Blessed Mary of Stanleg' and the monks there serving God, of 2 shillings of rent issuing from one quarter of land and one messuage with appurtenances in Hulle which the grantor had by the gift of Nicholas de Hulle and concerning which a final concord was made in the presence of the itinerant justices between the grantor and John de Hulle; to hold the said rent to the said monks and their successors for ever saving to the heirs of the said Nicholas 8 pence which they pay to the said monks for the said land, except one halfpenny.
