Release from John Filongley, Richard Ymam and Roger Stokes to John Tavern' son of Thomas Tavern' of Lychfeld, William Stakton', Thomas Balcunhale, Laurence and Thomas sons of Isabel Heyn' of Fynham of all their claim in the manor of Melborne within the parish of Stoneleye; and in the mill of Crulefeld with its appurtenances in the vill of Fynham; and in the field of Whitemor. Dated at Melborne, Thursday before the Annunciation of the Blessed Mary, 38 Edward III. Three seals on one tongue, portion of tie below; i) circular, white. Four leaves; imperfect ii) circular, white. A goat. Legend obscure. iii) circular, black. A fish. Legend obscure. Endorsed: manerium de Melborne extendens in Helinhul in Kenelworth.
