Court baron of Humphrey Ferrers: feast of St. George, 36 Henry VIII. Draft. Sewn to this is a sheet containing, on one side, a rental, including chief rents, of Coventry, Stivichall and Alspath for 36 Henry VIII, and on the other abstracts of: a) a lease from John Ferrers to Henry and Humphrey Bagnoll of a tenement, garden, croft and close called Langall Grove adjoining Heath Mylne in Stichall, for 17 years from Michaelmas 5 and 6 Philip and Mary [1558] b) A lease from Henry Bagnole to William Owghton, of Bagington Mylne, with two bays of housing called the Lepp' house and a meadow and ground called Stichall Ground, for 18 years from Lady Day, 3 and 4 Philip and Mary [1557: see no. 28].
