Description

Counterpart of a conveyance dated 20 December 1654, John Fetherston of Packwood esq. of the first part, Richard Woodward of Avon Dassett, gent. and William Fetherston of Studley, gent. of the 2nd part, and Thomas, son and heir apparent of John Fetherston and Joane, daughter of Richard Woodward of the third part, in consideration of a marriage shortly to take place between the said Thomas and Joane, settling the messuage and lands of John in Packwood Ash Croft, Butt Croft, Powte field, Springe fields, springe meadows, Brights Meadow, Lappworth Grounds or Smiths Crofts and Wall Croft, Longe Croft, Homeffield, Slingefield, or Ashbyes Slinge, Ryefield, Old Croft, Poole Croft, etc. Signed William Fetherston, Thomas Fetherston, Joan Woodward.
