Articles of Agreement between John Grimston, Baginton, Warks., gent., for Lord Leigh and Richard Hingley, Barton-under- Needwood, Staffs., yeoman, and Thomas Hingley, Barton-under-Needwood, cordwainer, for the conveyance by the Hingleys to Lord Leigh, for £500 of house and close in Yoxall, Staffs., late in the tenure of Thomas Waller and close in Yoxall called The Parke late in tenure of John Kendrick, Hamstall Ridware and now of Thomas Hingley abutted on the north by ground of Thomas Taylor of Yoxall, on the west by Lord Leigh's part, on the east by Robert Woods' ground and on the south by Thomas Salt's ground.
