Articles of Agreement between James Leigh Esq., Adlestrop, Glos., and William Hitchcox, Alkerton, Oxon., mason for the building of an extension to the house of William Leigh, Esq., of Adlestrop according to the designs of Mr. [Sanderson] Miller, for £300. Endorsed with receipt 8 Jan 1754 of £300 by William Hitchcox, witnessed by Sanderson Miller and for £12, 8 June 1754, for a chimney piece.
