Copy conveyance by Sophia Cole, Chipping Warden, Northants., widow, executrix and devisee of Edward, esq., deceased, Sarah and Frances Cole, sisters and legatees said Edward Cole, William Leigh, Adlestrop, surviving trustee of will said Edward Cole to Zachary Hamlyn, Lincolns Inn, esq., of estate at Venton, Cornwall, previously mortgaged to said Zachary Hamlyn, for £1400, being £1251 due for principal and interest and £184 cash.
