Articles of Agreement between James Leigh, Adlestrop, esq., and Richard Webb, Bishops Cleeve, Glos., yeoman and Mary his wife (nee Walter) with William Brandis, Piddle, Worcs., yeoman and Ann his wife (nee Walter) for surrender of residue of term of lease for 99 years granted 1 August 1709 to said Richard Webb for lives of said Mary and Ann of 2 yard lands and one cotland in Adlestrop now in occupation Thomas Bryan in consideration payment for annuity of £26 to Mary for life then to Ann for life, which £26 shall be subject to payment of quit rent and annuity of £4 to Sarah Cocks, Cleeve, Glos.
