Description

He having been chosen Alderman wilfully without cause did refuse the same, and being thereupon required to pay the fine of five marks, refused so to do, and further refused to appear at the common hall though warned several times for that purpose. Moreover he procureth others to be disobedient to the orders of the Corporation etc
