Thomas Hill Mortimer, Albany, to Rev. Thomas Leigh, Stoneleigh: Memo re mortgage on Duke of Leinster's estate, now vested in Leigh as surviving trustee of Cassandra, Lady Hawkes' Marriage Settlement. Refers to Mr. Rennie and estimate 'of the Expense of building the Bridge'. [Cassandra, youngest daughter of Sir Edward Turner, Ambroseden, Bt. m. 1771 Martin Bladen, later 2nd Baron Hawke (d.1805); she was the niece of Rev. Thomas Leigh].
