Description
Joseph Hill, Saville Row to Rev. Thomas Leigh, Adlestrop: Is surprised by Mr. Holbeche of Hill Court claiming legacy of £1000 which has already been paid to his nephew Thomas. Mrs. Leigh has helped the family in the past and Hill is certain that codicil to her will referred to the younger Thomas. Has just received notice that Col. John Leigh intends to file a Bill in Chancery claiming under the limitations in Lord Leigh's will.
