E[dward] H[yde] East, Adelphi Terrace to Rev. Thomas Leigh: Pipe of Madeira has arrived and awaits instructions for delivery. Is satisfied from study of all authorities that Col. Smith cannot use change of name to claim. If Mrs.[Mary] Leigh levied fine of Stoneleigh estate after her brother's death that would have barred contingent remainders and put an end to question. Will ask Mr. Hill.
