Description
[William Henry] Leigh, Portman Square, London to [George] Jones Expresses displeasure at the notice of revaluation in the local press and asks Mr. Jones to write a letter to the editor stating that the last valuation (1851) was made by Lord Leigh with a desire to assist tenants when corn prices were low.
