Description
John Franklin to Joseph Hill: lease of low-lying land depends upon Sir Richard Aston allowing right of way across his lands. Something must be done about the river this season. General estate affairs re other tenants. He himself has spent time and money draining the meadows held from Lord Leigh and would be unhappy to let Sir Richard have them.
