Description
Memorandum of justices' order that Sir Thomas Leigh not liable to pay levies for repair of Hamstall Church and only to be assessed moderately for poor relief. Sir Thomas Leigh is also agreeable that he and his tenants provide sacrament bread and wine at Easter and will upon extraordinary occasions make a voluntary contribution to the repair of the church.
