Papers, 1898-99, relating to Chancery case re the Settled Estates at Great and Little Hampton, Worcs. under the will of John Staite, Great Hampton, yeoman, deceased, and the rights of Mary Humphris, Gretton, Winchcombe, spinster, and Maria Grose, wife of Richard, Lincoln, gent., as legatees under the said will and tenants for life. (dated 28 January 1847, proved P.C.C. August 1848).
