Southwell, William Conelly, Thomas Medlycott [commissioners of the revenue for Ireland] to the lords commissioners of the Treasury. Copy of memorial. The accounts of the late Countess of Dorchester and Lady Letitia Russell are very perplexed. Lady Dorchester appears to have received £98,010:7:7 1/2 , and the balance of £2;456:17:9 1/4 is available. Orders have been issued for the payment to Richard Warburton, Lady Russell's agent, of £1.377:17:6 1/2 and £900, thus clearing her payments to Lady Day 1710. The state of Lady Dorchester's and Lady Russell's grants and accounts to Michaelmas 1717, which contains a memorandum that the Countess of Dorchester died in October 1717. [undated, c1719]
