Authorization to Thomas Tasker from some of the creditors of the late William Hemings, formerly of Stratford-upon-Avon, then of Sheffield, who died intestate and insolvent in 1825, to treat with Mrs. Ann Hemings, the widow and administratrix and her trustees, for the settling of the estate.
