Draft lease by Mary Countess of Plymouth, widow of Other Archer Earl of Plymouth,deceased, to Mary Williams, Bolton, Lancs., widow, for lives of Mary Elizabeth Williams, Henry Hunt and Terrick Jones Williams, son of Mary Williams, at 10 shillings p.a. of piece of land in Borough, where common pound stood, abutted on NE by Birmingham Road, on NW by One Elm Wharf, SE by Arden Street, with cottage, machine house, weighing machine and store-house thereon. Recitals (1) 23 Apr 1825 Lease from Arabella, Duchess of Dorset, to Thomas Williams, Liverpool, hidemerchant, for lives of Mary Elizabeth Williams, Frances Williams and Henry Hunt, with covenant for regrant on death of any life. (2) 31 July 1835 Will of Thomas Williams leaving all free and leasehold estates to wife and trustees (trustees disclaimed) (3) Death of Frances Williams.
