Draft transfer (as engrossed) by Thomas Adams the younger of Clifford Chambers, Glos., miller to Mary Ellen Thomson of Leamington Priors, spinster of rent charges payable by the Stratford-upon-Avon Canal Navigation by virtue of an indenture dated 31 May 1856 between the said Thomas Adams and the Canal Company. [In the original draft, dated 12 November 1857 the parties were Fisher Tomes, S/A, esq. and Francis Lionel Octavius Atty of Ingon Grange, Captain in the Second Regiment of Foot.
