Description
Grant of probate, with copy will, dated 24 April 1726, of Robert Mallory of Leek Wootton, mercer, bequeathing to his brother, John Mallory, his three closes in Ullenhall, subject to payments to his sisters, Elizabeth Adkins, Ann Campion and Sarah Dyall, and with minor bequests to his brother, Daniel Mallory, his cousin, Mary Riley, daughter of Edward Riley of Kenilworth, and to the poor of Leek Wootton.
