Draft further mortgage by William Gould, late of Upton on Severn, Worcs., now of Stratford-upon-Avon, mercer to Jane Easthope, S/A, widow, Edward Easthope, Birmingham, gold refiner and Robert Hobbes, S/A, gent. (executrix and executors of the will of Edward Easthope, S/A, farmer and carrier, deceased) for £500 and interest of newly erected messuage, malthouse, garden and premises in Waterside [nos.61-3] at the end of Southern Lane, which houses stood on the site formerly of cottage in occupation George Smith, then Jane Baxter, since James Murrall and late Edward Easthope and which malthouse and erected on site of 2 cottages which were later used as a salt warehouse, together with garden ground adjoining a ground of Thomas Mason and cottage in Waterside in occupation William Hiron, with garden of Thomas Mason on N. and cottage in occupation William Edmunds between it and malthouse.
