Draft release and indemnity by James Coling, Cambridge, gent., Harriet Coling, S/A, spinster (children and executors of the will of Richard Coling, S/A, draper deceased) and Jane Coling, S/A, spinster (another child, and one of the residuary legatees) to Richard Chattaway, S/A, draper, formerly partner of the said Richard Coling, deceased, of any claims upon the drapers business carried on formerly as "Chattaway Coling"; the said Richard Chattaway having purchased his late partner's interest for £2,850.
