Henry Saunders and papers re estate of James Saunders, deceased (2 July 1830) with account of cases which involve refusal of James Saunders mother to settle her late husband's estate and pay her late son's share to the benefit of his creditors. She lives in France to avoid process: James Saunders' widow supports any action of the creditors against Mrs. Saunders her other son.
