Copy of a letter from Thomas Blayney to Charles Charter in which he complains of Charter's lack of consultation with him on the case in hand and says that the only step he intends to take in the matter at the next court is, upon proof of William Bailey's death, to make a proclamation for his heir to come into court and prove his right to the lands.
