Declaration by William Prime, Coventry, banker and Robert Seal, Foleshill, gent., as to conveyance to them by Thomas Woods Weston, with the consent of Thomas Armfield and Frances Chattaway, as security for repayment of loan by them to Weston of £4,800, of property at Shottery. The £4800 comprises trust fund monies, viz: £2800 is money in their hands as trustees of the will of Mary Butler, Kenilworth, widow and £2000 is money of William Henry Butler, Kenilworth, gent.
