Feoffment from Avery Edwards of Tiddington, yeoman, Mary Edwards of the same, widow, and William Linde of the same, yeoman, to Thomas Hyerne of Alveston, yeoman, for £185 paid to the said Avery Edwards, of a close of meadow called Lamm Close containing 5 acres in Tiddington in Alveston, in the tenure of Avery Edwards, near Lamm Furlong and adjoining a close called Furleys; which close was lately purchased by John Edwards, grandfather of the said Avery Edwards, of Mathew Halford.
