Description

Agreement between Joseph Hunt of Stratford-upon-Avon, gent., and Francis Halford of Alcester, gent., of the one part and John Richardson of Bishopton, yeoman, of the other part (reciting an indenture of even date whereby Charles Trinder of Burton-on-the-Water, gent., and William Trinder of London, merchant, and the said John Richardson, for £196 paid to the said Charles and William Trinder by the said John Richardson, quitclaimed their right to the said Joseph Hunt in a messuage and 1 frac12; yardlands in Shottery in the tenure of John Buller; and reciting that on the same day Hester Greenwood, widow and executrix of George Greenwood, late of Chastleton, co. Oxon., for £300 paid by the said Joseph Hunt, had assigned to the said Francis Halford several terms in the said property, granted to George Greenwood by Josiah Simcox late of Stratford, clerk, and the said John Richardson (679a), that, should the said John Richardson wish to repurchase the said premises by 1 May next ensuing, for £510, then the property will be reconveyed to him.
