Assignment from Richard Archer of Shrewley in Hatton, tanner, and Elizabeth his wife (formerly Elizabeth Burman, widow) with the consent of Humphrey Wheately of Snitterfield, yeoman, to Anne Savage of Bishops Tachbrooke, widow, (reciting nos. 122, 124-125, 127, 132 and that Humphrey Wheately had since purchased the freehold of the mortgaged property but only repaid £200 of the total sum owing under the recited mortgages) for £500, of the premises as described in the said mortgages.
