Essex, esq., son and heir of Edward Bullock, late of the same, esq., and Elizabeth his wife (daughter and heir of William Bolton, late of Enfield, co. Middx., gent.) to William Parker of Henley-in-Arden. gent., John Hopkins of the same, gent., John Mallory of Kenilworth, gent., and Edward Bryan of Ullenhall, yeoman, of the manor of Ullenhall with other lands; to hold certain named closes to the benefit of Hopkins, Mallory and Bryan but the manor and capital messuage etc. to the benefit of William Parker.
