Mortgage by lease and release from Thomas Hiron of Alveston, gentleman, to Edward Clopton of Clopton, esquire, of the following property in Alveston, to secure £1600: a messuage with outbuildings in the tenure of Thomas Hiron, 3 3/4 yardlands in the common fields, a meadow called Little Ham and one acre of meadow in Tiddington Meadow; also 6 1/2 acres of meadow in Mickleton, co. Glos., in the tenure of Nicholas Green and purchased by Thomas Hiron from John Clerk; and three leases, now vested in the said Thomas Hiron, dated 16 April 1618, from William Skinner to Thomas Wells of an acre of meadowland in Alveston for 1900 years, 14 November 1639 [see no. 16] and 29 April 1623 [no.6]
