Description

Settlement on the marriage of Thomas Hiron the younger of Alveston, gentleman, to Anne Rose of Mickleton, co. Glos., spinster, being a conveyance by lease and release from the said Thomas Hiron and Anne Rose to John Hiron of Alveston, gentleman, brother of the said Thomas, and William Godfrey of Broadmarston, co. Worcs., yeoman, of a messuage in Willersey in the tenure of Edward Grove with a yardland belonging thereto; also a meadow in Tiddington called Ham Meadow containing 5 acres in the tenure of Obed Taylor; and three closes called Great Grandbrookes, Little Grandbrookes and Middle Grandbrookes in Mickleton, containing 38 acres, in the several tenures of Thomas Dutton, Joseph Padget and Samuel Taylor; to hold the same to the use of the said Thomas Hiron and Anne Rose for their lives with remainder to their issue.
