Grant by John, son of Matilda le Modrimei of Stratford, to John Kynioth of Stratford, of a messuage of land in Stratford in Corntret, between lands which the said John Kynioth and Walter Geroude respectively formerly held, at an annual payment of 6d. to the Bishop of Worcester; in confirmation of which the said John Kynioth has paid 3 marks sterling Witnesses: Richard de Tysho, `prepositus', Nicholas Kynioth, Symon de Bissopesdon' Robert de Ponte, Henry de Stodleye, Henry de Bodebroc, William de Sileby, and others Swal of buff wax, a pointed oval.
