Indenture of lease from John Begelyn, senior, alderman of the Fraternity of the Gild of the Holy Cross of Stretford, master John Kyniot, clerk, and the rest of the brethren of the same Gild, to William Saucer, Amicia his wife and William and Nicholas their sons, for term of their lives and that of the survivor of them, of a shop with an upper room (solario) in Stretford in le Draperie, between the tenements of the said William Saucer and Hugh le Chaundeler, at an annual rent of 10s. and they to keep it in good repair Witnesses: Adam Styuynton, sir John Dendelion chaplain, Robert atte Corner and others Dated at Stretford upon Auen, the last day of February, 1345 Both seals lost
