Conveyance by lease and release from Dennis Bradley of Hampton Lucy, esquire, to Edmund Battersbee of Stratford-upon-Avon, esquire, (reciting DR123/8 and a conveyance by lease and release dated the 17 and 18 December 1800, from Robert Hunt, surviving Trustee under 8, to Dennis Bradley of the property held in trust for the latter under the will of Jane Bradley) for £380, of Ryland's Close, formerly a cherry orchard, in Old Stratford.
