Grant by Matilda Bowyer, late wife of Ralph Saucer of Stratteford upon Auen `in pura viduitate mea', to Nicholas Saucer of the same, of all her estate in a tenement with a garden and an alley (chero) adjoining in Merestrete between the tenements of John Blaunfron and John Lokyer, which the said Matilda and her late husband Ralphe Saucer had formerly of the gift and feoffment of Nicholas Saucer, senior Witnesses: Thomas Vincent, `capitalis ballivus', Thomas Smyth and John Mayell, `barker', `subballivi', Richard atte Halle, William Westyngton and others Dated at Stratford, Thursday before the feast of St. George the Martyr, 7 Henry IV Seal of red wax, circular, broken. A bird
