Counterpart of lease, indented, from Thomas Whateley, master of the Gild of the Holy Cross etc., of Straford vppon Avyn, William Phillips, Thomas Taylour, Olyuer Lyghttfote, Hughe Raynoldes, Henry Samwell, John Combes, Thomas Phillips and Henry Hyll, aldermen, and Henry Bedull and Robert Honyatt, proctors of the same Gild, to Richard Brynkelower, smith, of a tenement in Straford in Wood Strete late in the tenure of Richard Roberttes, for 41 years at an annual rent of 26s.8d; with bond of obligation in 20 marks for the performance of covenants Dated 9 June, 27 Henry VIII.
