Conveyance by lease and release from Mary Elvins of Stratford-upon-Avon, widow and relict of William Elvins late of the same, tailor, and Charles Elvins, the only son and heir of the said William, to Richard Lord of Stratford-upon-Avon, shoemaker, for £20, of two messuages in Ely Street, alias Swine Street, Stratford-upon-Avon, late in the several tenures of Widow Bickerton and Verney Davis, and now of the said Mary Elvins and James Finn.
