Bond of obligation for £20 from Thomas Baker alias Baxster of Warwick, chaplain, son and heir of John [altered from Thomas] to John Brugge, master, Thomas Clopton, esq., Roger Paget, John Gilberte, John Bryghtwell, John Wager, Richard Stowe, Thomas Tasker and Roger Palmar, aldermen, and William Logon and Richard Pernyll proctors, of the Gild of the Holy Gross, etc. of Stratford, to be paid on the feast of St. Michael the Archangel next to come Seal of red wax, oval. A crowned T Endorsed with the condition that if the said John Brugge, etc. shall have seisin of two tenements in Stratford in Wodestrete, between tenements of William Harrewell, esq., and Elizabeth Mors, widow, without hindrance of the above bound Thomas and Agnes Blythe, mother of the said Thomas then this obligation to be void and of no effect Dated 20 December, 22 Edward IV
