Counterpart of lease, indented, from John Bedull' alias Sclatter, master of the Gild of the Holy Cross etc., of Stratford upon Auen, with the assent of John Samwell, William Jeffes John Edwardes, John Welles, Thomas Gylbard, Henry Monkyn, Thomas Myhell and William Phyleppes, aldermen of the same, to Reginald Shrygley, of a tenement in Hyestret between a tenement of Thomas Handys in which William Jeffes then dwelt and a tenement of Roger Paget in which John Balamy then dwelt; and of a cottage in Helystrete which Robert Symondes late held; for 31 years at an annual rent of 18 shillings Dated in the hall of the Gild, 31 August 14 Henry VII Seal of red wax, defaced Endorsed: "Raynold Schrygley. I thynke Ric. Tyms now dwellyth"
