Counterpart of lease, indented, from John Webbe, master of the Gild of the Holy Cross, etc., of Stratford upon Auen, John Haseley, draper, and John Stokes, proctors, with the assent of the aldermen and the whole council of the said Gild, to William Walker, `taylour', Joan his wife and one of their sons, of a tenement in Stratford in Schepustrete which Amis Ravys late held, between tenements, late of John Wyard and then of John Hathewyk on both sides, for 30 years at an annual rent of 13s.4d Witnesses: William Lokyer, `capitalis ballivus', John Hannys and John Harrop, `sub-ballivi', Thomas Leeke, John Sclatter, and others Dated at Stratford, in the feast of the Nativity of our Lord, 25 Henry VI Seals of red wax: (1)Oval.
